Fitbit Ionic stoped working

I’m very upset that my ionic quit working after a year and a half. It quite syncing with the phone and quit working with WiFi, the hart rate quit working properly, sorry but if my hart rate got up to 290 beat per minute while watching tv I’d be dead, when I buy a fitnesses watch I expect it to give me at least 3 or 4 years not 1.3, I’m not new to Fitbit but I’m NOT GOING TO BUY ANOTHER FITBIT at these prices

Wow, I can’t believe I’m going to say this but Fitbit actually stood behind their product and they are sending me a new one I guess I’m not as upset as I was before thank you Fitbit
