Ionic not syncing with Strava

For approx. 1 week now, my runs recorded with my Ionic are not automatically posting on Strava.  Before this, it has been working fine for the past year.  I am able to manually download the .tcx file and upload that to Strava.

 

I also tried de-linking the accounts and reconnecting them, but still have the problem.

 

From the communities boards, it looks like this was an issue in Sept. of 2018.  Did something break between Fitbit and Strava recently?

Can you talk me through how to upload the .tcx file to Strava?  I can access the .tcx file from Fitbit but how do I get it into Strava?

Sure.  Here are the steps:

1) Put your cursor on the small plus sign in a circle in the upper right corner of your Strava webpage

2) Select Upload Activity

3) On the far left, select "File"

4) Click on "Choose Files" and select the .tcx file from the location you downloaded it to
