Ionic not syncing with new dashboard

Since updating my Fitbit app to the new dashboard my ionic device is not syncing to the app.  It was working fine prior to my updating it.  Anyone else having trouble with their devices syncing since switching to the new dashboard?

Yes I am, Ive tried all the tips, Ive tried rebooting, Ive tried reinstalling the app, Ive tried connecting it to my laptop, my phone, using the dongle. Nothing works, how they didnt test the new build, it seems a lot have this problem

I am too 😢 have even done factory reset and still not working properly
