I have 2 questions. I like to use an interval timer when exercising but the one is set at 30:10 it seems like you should be able to set the interval to whatever you want it to be. Is there a way to change the intervals? Also, I do a lot of indoor cycling but if I choose cycling for exercise it seems to want it to be outdoor cycling because the GPS wants to go on, is there a way to add exercises an individual does to the choices like adding indoor cycling? I've just been choosing a generic "exercise" but it would nice to have a record of what I am actually doing...

If you choose the Bike option of exercise you can turn off the GPS before you start the activity by selecting the gear icon top left hand corner of the screen.
You can also change your interval from within your dashboard on the Web. EDIT the interval activity as you like.

Thank you so much. The cycling answer makes a lot of sense, I just didn't realize tuning off the gps was an option. It took me awhile to find the place to change the interval & then get it to sync with my watch but I finally got it. Thanks so much for taking the time to answer:)

There should be a spinning exercise available as well. Probably not on the Ionic, so you would need to edit shortcut list from app.

I can't find how to adjust my interval timer on my Ionic. I've looked for solutions in the community, gone on the web to my dashboard but can't find any dropdown menu that gives me this option! Please give specifics for doing this. I'd like to do intervals when jogging - 90 seconds run, 30 seconds walk. Can the Ionic do this? Even if it just buzzes every 30 seconds I'd be happy. Please help!
