Ionic not syncing

Won’t sync, MobileTrack won’t sync, charges half the time, it is junk!  Had the watch for a month and had to call because it wouldn’t charge, asked for a refund, they sent me another charging cord, same issue.  Won’t provide a full refund and I screen captured 8 pages of discussion with their online support.  Asked why it shows me riding a bike, I don’t even own a bike!  Asked why MobileTrack isn’t working so it can sync with my phone since my watch had 0 charge till they sent me another worthless cord.  They said they were having issues with MobileTrack. It is a bait and switch operation.  The lure you to upgrade, sell you junk, won’t provide a refund, not a trustworthy company. Stay away.  Spend the extra hundred on the Apple Watch!
