I continue to have problems with my Ionic Syncing with my Android phone app, 4 times having to call help line to get it squared away, and one of those times they had to replace the watch, is anyone else having this issue with this watch, is it just this watch, or am I doing something wrong. I mostly use it to monitor my steps and sleep.

Hello @RCAngell, it's good to see you participating in the forums for the first time.
I'm sorry to see that you've been having to sync your Ionic watch. The list of compatible devices that you can use to set up and sync your data is available here. Please confirm if the device you're using is currently listed as compatible.
If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.
Also, make sure you've followed all the steps here to resolve syncing problems.
Keep us posted.

I am having the same problem with it not syncing to my phone. The list shows Google Pixel 2 being supported but I have a brand new Pixel 3! Why wouldn't the newest Pixel not be supported?!

I use a Galaxy S9 and it will sync for a while then stop, help line could not get it to work again, and we tried the app and syncing with my IPad and for now it’s working.
I can only imagine there are issues with the Galaxy.

Hello @tlwelch2, welcome to the Community forums.
Thank you for your inquiry, just as you mentioned, the phone model you mentioned is not currently listed as compatible device, but we don't have any information at the moment to know when the Pixel 3 or other recent models could be added to the list. Fitbit is constantly working to include other devices as soon as possible.
Thank you for the information @RCAngell, it's good to know that you have already contacted Support about this. I do recommend that you let them know if you continue to experience any trouble to sync with your compatible device.
I hope this helps.
