Ionic not syncing

Ionic has stopped syncing in the last few days. States it is syncing but isnt. Not tracking exercise or sleep

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Ionic stopped syncing, tracking your exercise nor your sleep. I would recommend, following our troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues. In addition, you can set up your watch as a replacement device by following these steps:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

If this doesn't help, please let me know if your Ionic shows your registered data on its display.
