Ionic not syncing

Recently I have had a lot of trouble syncing my ionic fit bit.

 

I have followed all the user guides - forget device, power off and on etc but just cannot get my device to connect.

 

In addition I try to connect via WIFI and this is also hit and miss with this connecting.

 

My iPhine has updated with the latest IOS 14.6 but it still will not connect.

 

Any ideas out there on what to try next etc?

@Landy12 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing issue that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After trying these steps, monitor your Ionic and see if the issue gets fixed.
