Hi. Know I am one of many posters on this subject and I have read the others and done all the suggested fixes. Removing app. Deleting device. Resetting device. Bluetooth on and Bluetooth off. All day sync off and so on......I even paired with an iPhone instead of my normal Samsung to try that . Same problem
its symcing the steps, distance, calls and floors with my phone but nothing else. So no sleep or exercise or hourly movement or seven day steps. It also shows the Ionic battery as empty even though it's one hundred percent charged. It shows as having synced last yesterday, but as I say it's showing steps, so it is talking to the phone a bit.....
as j said, tried all the normal steps. Any suggestions before I send for replacement?

You didn't mention factory reset and try all over again. If that doesn't work then it may be defective. I have iphone 5s and works so far.

Yup. Tried that too. Annoying as it's been working fine for about 2 weeks. So something has changed.
