Ionic not syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi there. My ionic is not syncing. And yes, I’ve read the other posts. Even the supposed solution. I've removed it from the app; reset; done everything. It sees the watch, but every time I enter the "pair number" it says there is a problem.

Please help!

This is on ok solution but at least I can sync on demand reliably.  I hope Fitbit fixes this:

1. On Ionic, go to Settings.

2. Go to Bluetooth and + Device (Add New Device)

3. While it's searching, manually sync from Fitbit App.  1st try it usually works, but if not, usually on 2nd it's good.

This has saved me a lot of time and frustration.  But yes, this is not a permanent solution. Fitbit needs to resolve this.  I suspect using this method, the Bluetooth goes into a more active mode.

Ionic (27.32.10.20), Surge (Did not live up to 5 ATM Spec originally on tech spec), Samsung Galaxy S5, Moto G5 Plus

Hi there. Thank you for your help. But the problem is that I've already removed the device from my account as it was part of the "working solution". Now it doesn't want to sync with my iPhone or my PC. Both the phone and PC finds the Ionic, but says there is a problem with the pairing as soon as I enter the 4-digtit number.

Jannie

+1. I did notice my last sync happened right before the last app update. The app will show the current status of my ionic bit won't upload to the cloud. Either it is a cloud issue or app is broken. Fitbit is known to have issues like this and will usually get resolved in a few days. Annoying but use to it.
