Ionic not syncing

I've had my ionic since release, and its been working perfectly until today. It hasn't synced since yesterday at 9:07 a.m., and now it won't sync at all or connect to my phone. I've tried restarting my phone, the watch, leaving my watch on charge while its connecting, restarted my Bluetooth, unpaired the two, unpaired my truck too, and nothing. Now, I can't get it to connect to my phone, as far as I can get it is to it asking for the code, and it just sits there. Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?

I am having the same issue. Unpaired and now neither my iPad or galaxy s8 see the ionic to pair. It rando.ly will sync but not often. It wasn't like this when I first got it. What can I do

I don't know how, but I somehow got mine to work. I put in the code and let it sit for about 15-20 minutes and it finally connected

Having the same issue. I'm going to forgot my Ionic and then re-add. Is that how you fixed the issue? This is the second time I've done this and I've only been using my Ionic for 2 weeks.

It works for me, but it takes a while. It took roughly an hour for mine to connect a re-add

Edit: this afternoon it's not syncing at all. It's not my error, I'm going to contact Fitbit because this is so frustrating. I'd switch back to my Blaze temporarily if I still had it. My iPad app always claims I don't have Bluetooth on, but my Fire and android phones recognize it.

The same was happening to me yesterday as I set mine up. I was switching from Blaze, so I was familiar with setup and never encountered any hiccups like this before. Then I keep getting random messages that Fitbit.com was down for maintenance. Sometimes Bluetooth or wifi disconnected, sometimes it worked.

It all seems to be working fine now, so perhaps Fitbit was having problems on their end. Keeping my fingers crossed that's it, because the disconnects and repeated unrecognition was maddening. I had no trouble switching my old Blaze to my mother and getting her all set up with it and a new account at the same time, so I'd guess the problem is specific to the Ionic.
