Ionic not syncing

Did the update on iPhone X & now my watch will not sync to my phone. It says it connected in Bluetooth but still nothing updates.

This sounds weird let me help you out. As a first step I recommend performing the restart, if the issue persists follow the syncing troubleshoots listed on this article and keep an eye on it.
