Ionic not syncing

The device is showing my steps etc, but has stopped syncing...I tried changing the clockface but the Ionic is not ‘seen’...☹️

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic not syncing. Thanks for trying to change the clock face in order to sort this out.

 

Have you tried the steps shown on the article shared by @NellyG on her post above? That should certainly help you out with this.
