Fitbit has died. Yesterday it didn't seem to be reading my heart rate correctly (hiking and said it was 95BPM, impossible). Put it on the charger overnight. Wore it today for a workout and was not tracking heart rate or steps then died. Put it back on the charger and didn't seem like it was charging so pressed the left button and bottom right for 15 seconds until the logo appeared and left for 5 min.....nothing.
Did this twice, still nothing after the logo appearing.
Then tried pressing all three buttons until logo appeared. Logo would appear for a couple minutes then the watch face would come up for a minute then go away and again not work. Held down all 3 buttons again and same thing happened (logo appeared, then watch face appears showing full battery then nothing). Help! Only 7 months old.

@Erin_87 Have you tried just pressing the bottom left and right buttons together until the Fitbit emblem appears. If this does not work and your Ionic is deffinatly charged. I would suggest contacting Customer Support so they can assist you further.

@Erin_87 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the experience you are having with your watch. Thanks for trying the restart steps in order to sort this out.
In this case, please try changing the clock face of your watch. Doing this has helped other users in the past.
@Tony.r Thanks for sharing your help on this thread.
