Hi. How do I stop the ionic lighting up when I move my arm during the night. Its waking me and the wife. My blaze never did this

Short answer is you can't, completely. You can manually the wake on movement off, but it will still light up on touching the screen.
It's annoying, Fitbit have been told about it, it's the most requested thing on here and it's "under consideration". Has been for ages and ages.
Not that I'm annoyed about that or anything (not).

You could turn off quick view manually at night:

@Leighrathbone Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for posting your inquiry on this board regarding Screen Wake feature.
In this case, you will have to turn off the option for it to not activate at night during sleep. Follow the instructions shared by @SteveH above.
