Ionic not syncing

HELP!

Got a new phone at weekend and downloaded the Fitbit app. All working fine but now all of a sudden it's stopped syncing.

Last sync was this morning at 9am and all day sync is on. Keep trying to manually sync but just doesn't work.

Anyone have any ideas?
