Ionic not syncing

Hey, I've had the fitbit ionic for a few days now and I've not had a great experience with it so far. The display has been a bit dodgy with it only displaying parts of the screen at times. I've not been getting notifications to my watch from my phone and now it won't sync. I've tried resetting it using left button and bottom right button for 10 seconds. Tried unpairing and re pairing Bluetooth. Both app and watch are upto date. All day sync etc are on. Both watch and phone are on WiFi. But it's not synced since yesterday after multiple attempts. Beginning to think it's probably broken. I have a Huawei p10 plus.

Welcome to the Community @Cuppy123. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

I've checked the list of supported devices and I couldn't find the Huawei P10 Plus. This might be the reason why your Ionic isn't syncing to your phone. Our Fitbit team is always testing new devices and adding them to the list but since it's not supported I can't confirm that this will sync smoothly. 

 

However, you may want to try this syncing procedure. I believe you already performed most of the recommended steps but you might want to give it try all together and check the results.
