Hi my ionic is failing to connect with my phone via Bluetooth and failing to sync - I’ve tried turning Bluetooth off and back on again and I’ve re-paired my watch to my phone but still nothing - anything else I can try?

Welcome to the Community @Chelleb73. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I would like you to confirm that you've tried this syncing troubleshooting. I know there is some steps that you might already tried but I would like you to try the whole procedure together and check if you get it syncing again.
