Bought my new ionic a few hours ago, tried everything, and I mean everything in order to try get it to update but nothing worked. Tried it on 3 different devices but didn't work. Literally I've tried everything. HOWEVER I have just deleted my old fitbit account and made a new one and its working now. yay

THe exact same thing has happened to me, but I am not willing to delete my account as I have 4 years of information and at least 3000 miles of information. What other solutions do you have?

Hey @marcf123. Thanks for the details mentioned. You don't have to delete your account, this is what worked for another user but there might be another things that can work for different users in the Community.
