I have the ionic two days ago I noticed it had lost an hour, so I unpaired then repaired ,deleted app and reinstalled.. it worked went to bed woke up and it had lost 2 hours did a factory reset now only got fitbit logo on screen nothing more... my phone can't find it with bluetooth search

It's great to see you around @Bluemax51. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed.
Since, you performed a factory reset your Ionic got unpaired from your account and now you will need to follow this set up procedure to pair your watch to your account again.
