My ionic given to me this Christmas just died. I have tried doing a factory reset to no avail - the screen stays black and won’t light up even while being on the charger. The notifications stopped working 1 month ago now this... other people are having the same issues, so it’s not just me. I loved my Ionic but if the problem isn’t addressed by Fitbit I don’t see me purchasing another to roll the dice and get one that lasts only 7 months...
