This is exactly my issue (except mine is 40 minutes slow) Tried all the troubleshooting. It has to be something to do with the new app.

Oh no not just you. Just another rushed out fitbit update they will eventually accept is their fault. Don't hold your breath though 😏

Same issue. Ionic has not synched for three days and now time is off. Attempted multiple restarts on phone and ionic. Also lost app notifications several months ago. Settings are correct. Following thread, hoping for fix.

The time on mine still seems ok but it hadn't synced for three days.
I tried multiple restarts, uninstalled the app etc. After trying to sync for probably around an hour on and off this morning it actually synced while I was typing this message, hopefully it kicks in for other people here too, there is light at the end of the Fitbit update tunnel!

As of the Fitbit app update my ionic will not stay connected to my iPhone. It’s frustrating because I use the ionic for messages and calls rather than having my iPhone in my hand at all times but I cannot update my stats on the app given it will not connect.

Same. Since the update I'm losi g a few minutes every hour and have to charge my ionic daily because the battery seems to be draining faster. My Fitbit always worked with my Android and suddenly the only time it sync is when I charge it.
I have tried every troubleshooting suggestion I can find, reboot watch, reboot phone, reboot Bluetooth, delete watch from app, delete app from phone, clear the cache on app and phone, factory reset. Nothing has worked. Would really like a solution before I show up late for something. As of right now my watch is 95 minutes behind. Yes, my timezone is correct and was manually set. Grrrr.

After the update my time is off now, I'm getting messages and all my notifications on it but my time wont sync up, as the others I have tried turning phone off and on, even deleted Fitbit app and started all over, nothing is working and is very frustrating

Thanks but they just tell us to do the things we've already done and then blame android.
