Fitbit Ionic. Purchased January 5th 2018
I was vacationing last week in Disneyland when my Ionic watch started to reboot over and over. before I got back to my hotel room it had died from loss of power.
With power attached I was trying to do the reboot with the buttons or even the factory reset option with the buttons but nothing seem to work it would just reboot non stop.
Put it away for the remainder of my trip. 5 days later I am home and now it will not even take a charge and is not responding to anything.
Any tips, I think its toast.
Can I get it repair by a technician and is it even worth it.
I feel that life span is lower then I would like and I might look into other brands. or is this the norm for modern wearable technology.
