Hard reset just puts it back into a mode where screen swiping won't work / only 1 screen for each button push then nothing happens. Have done the full:
- Delete from account
- Unpair in bluetooth
- All buttons 15 secs min
- release left button when logo shows (also tried release right button)
Off topic: Last week it thought I did over 250k steps in a day and started awarded Olympian badges and everything - funny as it was sat on my desk the whole time. Do Ionics dream? 😕
