I have seen numerous issues being posted about the Fitbit Ionic lately. I keep seeing the same response form a Fitbit rep about uninstall, remove Fitbit, etc. Well I have done these things and now my Fitbit not only does not display the correct time, it is HOURS behind but it WILL NOT resync to my phone it keeps saying trying to connect and then started to glitch popping up the 4 digit code over and over and over again but it was a different code each time it did this. My Fitbit is less than a year old and it FRUSTRATING that I cannot utilize it. I only unconnected it from my phone because it was not syncing AT ALL with my phone even though it was recording my data according to the watch face. And no the "read this article" is not helpful as I have been following the different threads and looking at the articles and it just says the same thing over and over and now I have a 200 dollar paperweight on my desk as it is not a useable Fitbit after following the article and rep instructions.
So now what is the way to get this resolved?

It's great to see you around @medicsrus. Thanks for the detailed information shared and the troubleshooting performed.
I appreciate the research done prior posting. Based in what you mentioned, your Ionic isn't paired to your account anymore and this is why it's showing you a different pair code each time you're trying to sync it to your account. I would like you to make sure you're following the set up procedure.
Let me know how it goes.

@SilviaFitbit I did try to re-setup the fitbit and it will not work. The fitbit app says I have an Ionic (this is after reinstalling the app, doing the full brand new setup on my ionic etc.) but the ionic will show the fitbit logo in grey and not move forward from there or it reverts to the setup screen. I CANNOT get the ionic to pair to the phone.
On a side not why was my header for this changed. the title "The frustration is real!" is completely befitting and should not be censorship and changed by anyone other than the author.
