Ionic not syncing

My Ionic isn't syncing with my iphone app today. It is telling me there is no internet connection. Any advice?

Hi there. I did all the things they suggested and then live chatted with Fitbit support. I re-added my Ionic and replaced the one in my app and it’s working now.
