Ionic not syncing

My ionic does not sync in the morning it starts syncing about 3pm in afternoon. I live in Perth Western Australia just wonder does anybody else have that problem

I would like you to make sure you've done this syncing troubleshooting. Could you let me know if you have a phone that's listed here?
