My ionic stopped syncing after the most recent fitbit app update on my iphone 8. I have repeated the standard steps ( bluetooth on/off, restart watch and phone, etc.. ) It appears that the watch can communicate to the phone since I see the HR data and the sync line goes farther than when it can't find the phone at all.
My impression is that the data upload/analysis to the fitbit servers is failing at the last step of the sync
