Ionic not syncing

Hi 

So looking for help on my ionic. It started a few days ago not syncing and losing time. I have looked up the ways to help it sync again but they don't work and so I factory reset it and it will not sync to my phone still and I am at a loss of how to fix it now that it is factory reset and still not connecting. I have gotten to the point that it has to connect to the app but then it says it has an update and I can't get it to connect to my wifi and it won't connect to Bluetooth so I can't do the update. 😭 Just out of ideas how to fix it.

I tried to factory reset it one more time and now it has a red x and says that it couldn't clear the data so to sync and try again lmao I think I killed it and its beyond fixing. 😭

Since you're having difficulties with the setup process of your Ionic after trying the factory reset procedure, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

I have done all of the resets repeatedly and my Ionic still will not sync to my phone, nor does it show my steps on my phone, only calories burned now. 

I can no longer set up a device as I removed it from my app to go the route of starting from new.

This is beyond discouraging.

I have done all the suggested steps also contacted customer service and  my ionic will not sync to my phone anymore.

I really find it interesting that 2 days after my fitbit stops syncing to my phone properly I get am email from fitbit about the great summer sale for the watches 🤔
