My watch (Ionic) hasn't worked properly for nearly 2 weeks (since update). It only syncs about once per day and the time keeps changing randomly.
I tried wiping it and re-installing but that took numerous days and numerous attempts. Tried it on different phones, same issue.

I recommend you to try the other troubleshooting steps that you'll find on this help article to sync your watch and time.

Thank you for that.
The problem started on my Note 10. I then got a Z Fold 3 last week and having exactly the same issues.
I've tried unpairing Bluetooth, but it doesn't give me the option to pair again so I have to hard reset/wipe the watch and start again.
It can then literally take hours.
I've seen many others having the same issues since last update, so I really don't think it's anything other than a problem with the update/software.
