Ionic not syncing

My IONIC is not synching. Last time was 5:25 last night.  Does anyone have any fixes.  WIFI and bluetoothe is on

Hi Edson,

They did with no luck. Not only does my IONIC not synch but the device is not tracking my sleep.

 

Might it be that I have to clean the back of it with rubbing alcohol.

 

The last time it synched was Tues night.

Edson,

 

I cleaned the back of my IONIC, still no sync.  Some of my steps and miles are synching to my phone.  Floors not synching.  Sleep data not being measured by the IONIC.  I initially worked via chat with support

I actually just started having this issue myself.  I never ran into this before and i always sync in the morning to check my sleep and testerdays numbers.  It has been two mornings now that it hasn’t worked.  I was able to sync once today after about 20 attempts

Mine actually started synching again today after 3 days. Wonder what the issue is?

@DRL1325 @AndySchober To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Fitbit Ionic as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1641776650276.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
