Hello

My fit but is on but won't take my heart rate or does register steps. It also won't sync. The light under it for heart rate isn't working either!

Help!!!

I would like you to follow the tips mentioned in this article for your heart rate not showing and since it's not tracking your steps restart it and continue checking your data. 

 

After your data is showing again, please try this syncing troubleshooting.
