Hi - my fitbit Ionic seems to find a signal but when i start the clock and go for a run, it fails to track me - i.e. no distance or route is registered. Any suggestions? Thanks

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? This occurs with Run exercise only or with other activities as well? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on:  and let me know if the issue persists.
