Ionic not tracking anything

Out of no where my ionic has stopped tracking everything -steps, sleep-nothing. The face doesn’t come on when I turn my wrist and nothing is syncing to the app-well because it’s not tracking anything. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting. Charging. Nothing is working. Concerned because I’m reading all of these posts about people needing to replace their ionics.

I have an Ionic Fitbit and tried following the information in the manual which says reset by pushing the two buttons mentioned "for a few seconds" -this failed because it wasn't specific enough; 10 seconds worked!! Always good on 'community' to know that you're not the only one with the specific problem and to get a solution that works, so very many thanks!!!
