Ionic not tracking exercise

Hi all

my ionic has suddenly stopped tracking my exercise! Any suggestions on why this has happened?

Also having this issue as it didn't track a run although did track steps/calories. Lost all my exercise for today as well (just multiple walks).

My Ionic suddenly quit tracking my steps this morning.

Mine is still tracking my steps just not the exercise I’ve done

I’m experiencing the same too. I played badminton for a solid hour this evening. My steps are recorded, but the exercise is not.

It started working again for a bit. I charged it to 100%, put it on and went to bed. I woke up and my battery says 0%. I’m so frustrated. I have had this thing for three weeks.

Think mine is working again but could be a few reasons, either:

Reset I did with middle/bottom button on my lunch (1xwalk was picked up but reckon it missed one although could be bad luck/less than time needed to log)

Or

Sync, remove device, shut down ionic, turn off/on phone, install ionic to Fitbit again. Just picked up a run no problems.

Sadly I think all exercises not logged on fitbit all will be lost but at least it's picking up again.

My Ionic has never auto-tracked or recognised any activities - unless I specifically start an activity on the watch itself.
