Ionic not tracking heart rate

My Ionic shows "-"  on my heart beat and steps, but the time and date are normal.

I tried to restart and change clock face but it doesn't work.

The led at the bottom of the watch are still blinking.

I have no heart beat...am I dead?

I have no step count....am I... flowing? 😳😱

To further investigate, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

To move forward with this and because the heart rate sensors of your Ionic are still flashing, can you please confirm if you tried the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post? What was the outcome? Are you still experiencing difficulties with the heart rate tracking function of your device?
