Hi @Parchie68 and welcome to the Community!
Have you tried the following:
1.) Checking your battery on your device: this can be found by swiping left on the clock face.
2.) Loosening or tightening the strap: sometimes the device can't get a good heart rate reading, hence no Sleep Stages.
3.) Performing a restart on your device: hold down the bottom right and left buttons at the same time for 10 seconds. Once you feel a vibration and see the Fitbit logo, you've successfully restarted your device.
