Hi all, I have just got the Ionic and everything was fine for the first couple of days, it tracked my workouts, runs and sleep but as of Thursday morning this has all changed. I swam on Thursday and Friday (today) and although it logged it whilst i was doing it and when i finished it said well done nice work out on both days I cant find it logged in my workouts. Also it has stopped tracking my sleep. Can anyone help? As i said Ive only just got it so may just be me not doing something. Thanks for any help

Welcome to the Community @MJ16. Thanks for the details mentioned.

When you finished your workouts, they will show in your online Dashboard as soon as your Ionic syncs to it. In this case, I would like you to double check if they were tracked automatically using SmartTrack or if you manually started the activity using the exercise app

Regarding your watch not tracking your sleep, there are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Could you let me know if you're not receiving sleep stages or sleep in general?

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
