If your Ionic isn't tracking your sleep, please try the following tips:
- Manually sync your Ionic
- Try sleeping with it in your non-dominant hand
Also, please provide me with more details about what you're experiencing, reply to the following questions:
- Is it not showing you sleep stages or just sleep?
- Is it recording your whole night's sleep?

That would literally make no difference. Either the data is sync'd or it isn't. By my image, the data is sync'd.
- Try sleeping with it in your non-dominant hand
As a right-handed person, the watch is already on the non-dominant hand for logical reasons. (i.e Use the right hand to control the watch)
Also, please provide me with more details about what you're experiencing, reply to the following questions: - Is it not showing you sleep stages or just sleep? - Is it recording your whole night's sleep?

Thanks for getting back @josekreif. I wasn't able to see the screenshot above but it's showing now.
I would like you to confirm that you have the latest app version and double check if you're getting the same information in your online Dashboard. Has it showed the same information again?
