Ionic keeps restarting during workouts

My Ionic keeps restarting on its own especially while trying to workout. I performed a factory reset, restarting it 3 times, and uninstalling/reinstalling last week. Thought everything was fine until now. Any help on trying to fix this problem would be great.

Getting the same problem when I’m 2 miles into a long run which is upsetting for the price I paid for this watch. Hope you have info to share about this issue. This just ruins my works.
