My Ionic was tracking my sleep untill last Friday when I installed the latest update and also had to recalibrate my sensors. Now it's fubar, any suggestions. Help please.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Ionic is not tracking your sleep at all or Sleep Stages? Which mobile device are you using to sync your device? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and check: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

I've restarted my device many times the tracking issue is still not resolved and now the tracker doesn't work at all. About 3 days ago I woke up at 1AM, there was a red 0% on the face and now the ionic is deceased, any help

Thanks for troubleshooting your device with me, I'm sorry to know that you're now experiencing a different issue. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Read your article nothing there seems appropriate and no I have no flashing sensors, however the night before the red zero showed up the middle sensor is on the back of the ionic was flashing red

I appreciate your effort troubleshooting your device with me. To exhaust all the applicable troubleshooting steps to revive your Ionic, please follow the next steps to perform a factory reset and let me know if the issue persists:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

That's all well and good, however, I have no Fitbit logo on my device
