Hi @Eccar16, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Ionic is not tracking your sleep at all or Sleep Stages? Which mobile device are you using to sync your device? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and check: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

Let me know if the issue persists.

I've restarted my device many times the tracking issue is still not resolved and now the tracker doesn't work at all. About 3 days ago I woke up at 1AM, there was a red 0% on the face and now the ionic is deceased, any help

Your update is appreciated @Eccar16.

Thanks for troubleshooting your device with me, I'm sorry to know that you're now experiencing a different issue. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks for your reply @Eccar16.

I appreciate your effort troubleshooting your device with me. To exhaust all the applicable troubleshooting steps to revive your Ionic, please follow the next steps to perform a factory reset and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. When the device successfully resets, please use the normal out of the box process of updating the firmware. You can check: How do I update my Fitbit device? for more details.

Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

I'll be here if further assistance is needed.
