For a few days now my ionic is not tracking. Right now it tells me I did 11 steps, travelled 0 distance, and done 0 stairs. But says I’ve burnt 436 calories.
I’ve been up over 2 hours, worked out and walked up and down the stairs several times.
I’ve manually synced it, I disconnected and reconnected and made sure it was fully charged. I tried to get in touch with support live chat & twitter to no avail. Any suggestions?
