Ionic not tracking steps, heart rate and the clock is the wrong time

On top of the ongoing sync issues it now stopped tracking my steps this morning, as well as my heart rate. I've reset it, deleted and uninstalled the app a million times and its still not working. very dissapointed since the day I got this thing as it never worked properly since the beginning.

Hi @melissaguitard8, I've done a little bit of research on some of the problems you mentioned (except the steps, as I didn't find any articles that would be useful for you).  I did, however, find some that would be useful for the clock and heart rate.

1.) Have you tried changing the time on the Ionic?  You can also use those instructions to change your settings so that they automatically reflect the same time zone as your phone.  I travel a lot, so this option works wonders for me!

2.) For the heart rate, I would start with these tips and then if that doesn't work, try the article mentioned here.

I will let you know if I find something about the steps, but in the meantime, you could at least try those options for the other issues to see if you can get them working.

my sensors are no longer working. Spent some time with chatting with support. My Fitbit is only a year and a half old and is now finished. They won't offer a replacement as its outside the 1 year warranty. Very sad and dissapointed in the quality of the product for the price that I paid should have lasted longer than it did. I will be buying another brand of fitness watch.
