Ionic not tracking steps

My ionic fitbit has failed to count steps for the last couple days. I have covered nearly 6 miles and it shows I'm at 109 steps for the day. I believe there might be a few more steps than 109 in 6 miles. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi @Runaz Welcome to the Community. If you have not tried a reboot. I would suggest doing that a few times in succession by pressing and holding the bottom right and left buttons of your Ionic until you see the Fitbit embelm appear.
