After the last update, my ionic is not tracking steps or syncing any data. To my phone. The clock is working but not tracking anything steps heartrate nothing! I have reset by deleting from my phone and linking it back and its not working. About two months ago it wouldn't charge and I waited a bout I week and it charged again. This is very disturbing as this watch is expensive and I depend on it for daily use. Please advise

Same problem, my ionic counts steps intermittently, some days not at all. Tried switching watch faces and powering down no luck.

I'm seeing the same issues. It worked fine before the update and now it's not counting steps for the last few days
