Connect to a charger and press the 3 buttons simultaneously. After around 10-12 seconds when the logo appears quickly release the bottom right button holding the other two in until the Ionic vibrates, then release the other two.
No luck, keep trying this sequence. Also try different charging sources. Leave it for a few hours or days and keep trying... The Ionic can sometimes suddenly spring back to life with this reset for no apparent reason. Don't give up, but also don't waste too much of your life on it either.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @michaelchan0123. It's nice to see you around, @PaulMe.
@PaulMe thank you for your support!
@michaelchan0123 I am sorry to hear the clock face is not working on your Fitbit Ionic after the firmware update. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am glad to assist you. Additionally to the steps suggested by @PaulMe, you can also try changing a clock face on your watch: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? After that you can try changing the clock face again to the one you had.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
