Ionic not turning back on

Yesterday I walked over 5 miles and my Ionic only registered less than 4 miles. Which is odd. So I turned it off and I can’t turn it back on. When I turned it off it was at 70% battery life.  I tried charging it and it still won’t turn on. I cleaned the ports for charging, then again it was charging just fine.

Seems odd that suddenly your Ionic device stopped charging, thanks for taking the time troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. First, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing when you connect the device into the charging cable or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.
