My Iconic (8 months old) following a shower showed signs of accelerated power discharge within 12 hours and did not track distances correctly, registering only 10% of the distance travelled.
Following a factory reset the Iconic constantly presented an upgrade and recalibration. The multiple attempts to upgrade failed and the multiple recalibration attempts also failed even though I tried 4 times in a row.
I then tried another factory reset and I am now confronted with a non responsive Fitbit.
Has this occurred for anyone else and what is the next step I can try?

Hi @LazWood, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.

Hey Ricardo,
My Fitbit is only 9 months old.
Thanks for taking time to respond
The last time I attempted a re-set from settings on the phone, then the Fitbit went into this state and currently no buttons respond.
At this time my iconic is charged and the sensors are not flashing and are clear.
It is still unresponsive and shows the Fitbit logo on the screen constantly, but will not respond to any button. See photo.
Kind Regards,

Hi @LazWood,
About the only thing you can do is let the Ionic deplete the battery with the logo constantly on. This *may* cause a software lockup reset.
I suggest this with a caveat though, as unfortunately there have been instances of the device never living again.
Not much else you can do though.

Hi PaulMe,
I have charged and run down my iconic 3 times now, as it only takes a few hours to discharge to '0' and unfortunately no software lockup reset.
If there is no other options can you please advise the warranty protocols are in Australia, as my iconic is only 8 months old!
Cheers,
