Keep the Ionic connected to the charger and try again. Try a different charger - preferably a higher current charger in case you now have a battery issue to add to your woes.
Leave on the charger for a while and try again.

Hi @Jfleduc, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with your Ionic, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or if your device vibrate when you put it to charge? Or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes some of the recommendations @PaulMe shared and also a restart process that can be really helpful for this situation
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi @RicardoFitbit ,
nope, after doing the total restart (3 buttons) nothing, it is plugged in. No vibration, no light. It never vibrated before when I plug it in anyway. I tried 2 different wires to get it to react, but nothing either. I have checked with the attached links you provided.
really don’t know what to do...
