Ionic was at 12% so put it on charge, it started to charge and when checked few hours later screen was black and won't switch on now and won't even charge. I have tried other Ionic charger cables and tried the whole holding the buttons in but it ain't working. For all the money paid on this, absolute joke it doesn't even work.

Has been happening to a significant number of Ionic owners, look at all of the related posts here. Many have died barely out of warranty. This is obviously a very serious flaw in the design and construction of these expensive devices. Still no acceptance or real support from FitBit other than "we hear your concerns". Need some acknowledgement from "the suits" that they f'd up and how they intend to fix the issue and satisfy so many customers who have been sold a flawed and faulty design.

It is an absolute joke this. Tried multiple chargers, youtube videos and looked all through Fitbit communities "Help" section but it's all bland corporate answers.
